Pengkafiran is syar'i law and place the return to Allah Subhanahuwa Ta'ala and His Messenger sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam.

Not every word and deed that characterized texts infidelity asinfidelity is a big (kufr akbar) that issued a person of faith,because actually there are two kinds of infidelity; infidelity small (asghar) and disbelief of the (grand).
Thus, the law of the utterances and actions are in fact valid under the terms of method of Ahl Sunnah scholars and the laws they make.
It should not be dropped to a pagan law Mus-lim, unless there areclear directions, bright and steady from Al-Qur'an and the Sunnahof kekufurannya.
Thus, the problem is not enough just to doubtful and zhan(conjecture) only. Ahlus Sunnah judge did not commit major sinsby infidelity. However menghukuminya as a form of wickednessand lack of faith if not the sin of shirk and he did not considerkosher sinful deeds.
