REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, - The tragedy of 9/11 was an event of concern. However, there is wisdom behind the incident.

Penggebuk percussion, Hip-hop music group of the U.S., NativeDeen, Todd Tariq Snare, said before the tragedy of 9/11, notmany people are familiar with Islam. Religion is simply known asterrorists.

"After the tragedy, the situation is different. A lot of people around the world find out about Islam, including me. It is slow but sure,"he said during a visit to the Republika daily, Monday (13/2).

Associated with negative imaging about Muslims in the U.S., hesaid the problem was more on ignorance. However, Muslimsshould not be construed too late to introduce Islam to the UnitedStates. "I think it's never too late to introduce Islam in the U.S.," said Tariq who converted to Islam eight years ago.
