According to Abdullah M Omar, from the Consulate General in Jeddah on Thursday, the conference lasted three days diving the resulting resolution is as follows: First, that the original determination of entry and exit of the month is Qomariyah ru 'yat, whether carried out by using the eyes alone or with the aid of astronomy, and if not seen the new moon then perfected 30 days. Tenth, Islam calls upon the government to consider and determine the method Rukyat ru'yat institutions in this conference applauded the efforts of some Islamic countries and to create a place in Rukyat two astronomy, particularly efforts by establishing the Saudi King Abdul Aziz City for Sience and Technology.

Eleventh, the conference recommended that the Muslim League to form the world's scientific body made up of Islamic clerics and scholars who are experts in astronomical research and study of these areas. The agency is expected to be centered in Mecca and unify the commencement of the Islamic calendar which is used to Muslims around the world.
